We can be your workshop no matter where you are. It is always best to send a few pictures through our contact form for a preliminary evaluation before mailing your items to the workshop.
How it works
Currently, I am taking repair work from established clients only. Check back in February to see if this changes.
1Once we receive your items we will look them over thoroughly and contact you to let you know the cost for your requested repairs, the cost for any additional repairs that may be needed, and an expected completion time.
2Following your approval we will email you a PayPal invoice for your repairs that includes costs for return shipping. We will not begin any repairs until payment is received. Your items will enter the repair queue based on when we receive payment. Please note that we are required to collect tax on goods, services, and shipping charges within the state of Wisconsin.
3When your repairs are complete and ready to ship, we will notify you via email. When your repairs have shipped you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number for your package.
